Velaikaran (English: Servant) is a Tamil film is directed by SP. Muthuraman, starring Rajinikant, Sarath Babu and Amala. This film is remade from the Bollywood film Namak Halaal (1982) starred Amitabh Bachchan, Shashi Kapoor, Smita Patil and Parveen Babi in the lead.
