Parthen Rasithen is a Tamil movie starring Prashanth, Simran, Lawrence Raghavendra, Laila and Dhamu and music composed by Bharadwaj. The film is directed by Saran. Much of the plot and plot elements have been lifted from the 1971 American thriller Play Misty for Me, directed by Clint Eastwood. The film was remade in telugu as Naa Manasistha Raa with Meka Srikanth, Soundarya and Richa Pallod.
