Paradesi is an upcoming film directed by Bala starring Adharvaa, Dhansika and Vedhika in the lead role. Music scored by G. V. Prakash Kumar. The film is based on real life incidents that took place before independence in the 1930s. The movie is scheduled to release on December 21, 2012.

The soundtrack was composed by G. V. Prakash Kumar. The audio launch and trailer release of the film was happened on November 25, 2012 at Sathyam cinemas, Chennai. Vairamuthu joined hands with director Bala for the first time in this film. The visuals have been shot and music has already been composed by G. V. Prakash Kumar. Vairamuthu wrote the lyrics based on what has been shot and composed.
